Help rid the world of Polio by donating $100 or more per-year until the World Health Organization declares that Earth is completely free of Polio.
Commit to an annual contribution of $100 or more and receive a Polio Plus Society pin, End Polio Now wristband, and certificate. Please download the form and thank you for your support.
Payments can be set to reoccur annually, quarterly, or monthly. You also have the option of making a one-time payment if you prefer.
And if you’re really into seeing polio gone and want to have some fun as well, ask your four-legged friends if they would be willing to give up $10 worth of treats each month, like gourmet kibble, a chew toy or a leather bone, to join the PolioPlus Society’s Kennel Klub.
