The 2009/2010 calendar for the Napa Valley Rotary Association Meetings are scheduled as follows (6 pm for social time - meeting begins at 6:30):

You (required), your President Elect, Club Officers, Anyone in your club that is curious about what the power elite does, and of course any District big shots.

Your obligations when you host:

Choose a location (restaurant with a private room, allows separate checks, reasonably priced, food I like) Let me know the location no less than one month before the meeting, earlier is fine. Provide or be the taker of minutes for that meeting and send them to me within in a week after the meeting.
