Mission:

To provide Rotarians and valued guests a leadership program that will enhance their personal growth and further develop their leadership skills, through Rotary, to better serve and benefit their communities, their families and their business endeavors.

  • Inspire greater passion for leading and serving
  • Explore your own skills as a Rotarian coach, team member, and leader
  • Change the way we think about and approach leadership
  • Discuss the role of high ethical values in leadership situations

How to participate:

Each Rotary Club is invited to select one member to participate, on a first-come basis. After club-designated participants due date (above), the committee will honor any club requests to send more than one member. The maximum number of participants is 24.

The per-participant cost is $130. It is suggested that the club pay $105 and the participant, $25. (This training is comparable to corporate leadership programs that charge $800 or more per day.) There is no additional cost for meals.
