I have been so fortunate to spend time with so many of the clubs in our District and learn all that we are doing for our communities and the world. Based on the club members and the club leaders I have spent time with, Rotary 5130 is looking good.

DHCS’ Autumn Boylan, Deputy Director of the Office of Strategic Partnerships, was featured on The Dr. Renee Fraser Show, Why Women, speaking about California's two new free behavioral health apps, BrightLife Kids and Soluna, and the creative approach behind their campaign. BrightLife Kids (for kids 0-12 and their parents) gives parents and caregivers the mental and emotional tools they need to help their kids flourish and handle all the big feelings that come with growing up. Soluna (for ages 13-25) empowers California youth and young adults to tackle the transition to adulthood.

Micro-dosing capsules really helped with my anxiety, depression, ADHD, Dementia and fibromyalgia . I have been coping well since I started micro-dosing Psilocybin . I usually get the capsules from ... (rycotrip) on Instagram ... He's a mycologist and he guided me through the journey of getting better I think you should try it would be worth of your time.
